An important message to our readers:

Dear My Friend Reader,

You are very important to us here at My Friend. We think about you and all our readers when we plan every issue of the magazine. You are special to us. That is why it’s hard for me to share some sad news with you. Although we love preparing the magazine for you each month, we can no longer continue to do so. The June 2007 issue will be the last issue of My Friend.

We know how much you have enjoyed the magazine, and we wish we could have found a way to keep it going for you. But for lots of reasons we have to stop publishing My Friend.

We’re still going to be printing great books for kids. Someday soon we plan to have books with your pals from Stepping Stones and from Saints of Note. (So please keep visiting our website for more information.)

Your parents or guardians can go to www.pauline.org to order books for you. (I recommend the Encounter the Saints series.)

It’s good to know that no matter how many things change or end, there is one thing that always stays the same: Jesus will always be your best friend. He will never stop loving you no matter what happens. And we will always be praying for you and working to publish books for you and all kids to enjoy.
